Portland, ME – Nearly 200 people were in attendance as the New England Horsemen's Council hosted their High Score Awards Banquet at the Marriott Hotel in Portland, ME on January 28. Council president and Trophy Chairperson Sue Arthur served as Master of Ceremonies while handing out over 200 awards. Also honored was Liz Rooney, the Council's first ever woman president for her many years of service.
